This policy outlines how nervana ("the Bot") handles data. We value user privacy and only collect data necessary for functionality.

1. Data Collection

• Discord IDs: We store User and Server IDs to manage levels, XP, and server-specific settings.
• Activity Logs: We track voice channel duration and message counts to provide leaderboard features.
• Configuration: We store server-specific preferences (prefixes, role rewards, and nickname settings).

2. Data Usage

Data is used exclusively to provide the Bot's features. We do not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties. Message content is processed in real-time for XP and anti-spam but is not stored permanently.

3. Data Deletion

Users may request a full data wipe of their individual statistics by contacting the developer via the +dmdev command. Removing the Bot from a server will result in the deletion of that server's configuration data.
